How Is DermaClear Performed?
At Sisram Wellness Center, we perform DermaClear treatments in the privacy and comfort of our treatment rooms. Your facial treatment will start with a thorough consultation at our office so we can decide the best approach for your skin's health and your own aesthetic goals. Once your plan is developed, you will be invited to relax in one of our treatment rooms as your procedure starts. First, your skin will be cleansed of any oil, dead cells, or cosmetic products. Once you're ready, the DermaClear handpiece will be used to exfoliate, moisturize, and nourish your skin at the same time. Depending on your needs, skin serums or acids (such as salicylic acid) can be administered through the handpiece and massaged into your skin. To complete the treatment, a moisturizing lotion and sunscreen will be applied to your face to protect your newly rejuvenated complexion. Each DermaClear treatment at our Chicago, IL office takes roughly 45 – 60 minutes. Once your procedure is done, you're free to get back to your normal routine. We advise you to refrain from using any strong skin products and to use sunscreen for the first week following your facial to protect your skin and preserve your results.

I tried the Diamond Peel Facial just before the long holiday weekend. I pinked up a little because I asked them to go very aggressive with this treatment which blasts high speed mildly abrasive particles along the surface to shrink pores and smooth rhytids. The treatment ended with a serum infusion that left my skin glowing - this is way smoother than any microderm. Suzanna has an amazing team. Super convenient for me because I work in Fulton Market. Maybe next time I'll try one of their laser treatments. Highly recommend.
